Stephen was looking at the golden hand he had to create for the time being with interest, though his eyes showed deep exhaustion. Next to him, Fleur had fallen asleep, tears still marking her face.

"Alright, we'll leave you alone," said Perenelle, watching her eldest grandson with concern before quickly leading the others out of the room.

Harry followed the rest, but suddenly he felt something strange in his pocket. Reaching in, he pulled out a peculiar stone covered in runes. It was cracked but seemed to be slowly repairing itself while in contact with his hand.

He turned around, ready to ask Stephen if he knew what that stone was or where it had come from. However, he saw Stephen looking at his arm with frustration before carefully embracing Fleur, as if he feared letting her go. The girl, even while asleep, seemed unwilling to release him.

"Later..." Harry murmured with a sigh before leaving the infirmary.

"-------------------

The next day, it was time for the students of Beauxbatons and Durmstrang to leave, as they had to return to their schools to follow the orders of the Magical Confederation. The three schools shared one last solemn dinner.

"As you all have seen, Voldemort has returned," announced Dumbledore, his grave voice resonating throughout the Great Hall. "Once again, he seeks to cover our land in terror with his extreme and violent ideas. But he was stopped. Not by a hero of the light or something like that, but by something darker and more terrifying than Voldemort himself. We don't even know if it's a person or something entirely different. The Confederation of Wizards has deemed this threat dangerous enough to declare a state of martial law. We do not fully understand the reason for the alert or how long it will last. Nor do we comprehend the necessity of separating our world from the Muggle world... But as long as we stand united, we will find the answer. Even if we speak different languages, our hearts beat as one. The bonds of friendship we have formed this year will be more important than ever. Remember that Hogwarts will always be a place you can return to for help..."

While Dumbledore continued speaking in the hall, Stephen was outside, leaning against a wall while listening silently. Loki, Tony, and Natasha were nearby, staring at the ground with frustrated expressions.

"Aren't you going in?" asked Wanda, who had sneaked out to join them.

"No need. The old man talks too much," Stephen replied with a fake smile.

"What's wrong with you guys?" Wanda asked, noticing their disheartened faces.

"We ran away," Loki admitted bitterly. "With our tails between our legs. Like cowards."

"And what did you expect? Stay and be surrounded by dark creatures until we died? We're not a suicide squad. That lunatic only cast two or three spells, and Stephen ended up cutting his own arm off," Tony said angrily, his eyes reflecting helplessness.

"We don't even know what the hell he did. He revived a corpse, summoned creatures that were supposed to be extinct. The most skilled magician among us couldn't defend himself against one of his attacks," Natasha added, equally frustrated.

"We got overconfident..." Stephen admitted quietly, clenching his golden fist. "We came to this world thinking it was weaker than the one we knew. When I completed Eldrich magic, I relaxed. I thought it was enough."

"You guys are a bunch of idiots," Wanda interrupted sharply, her determined gaze surprising everyone. "This is our new life. Of course, we wanted to enjoy it, to lower our guard because we thought we would be safe. We have the right to live our lives in peace."

"So, what do you suggest then?" Tony snapped, crossing his arms.

"Simple. If another maniac shows up wanting to destroy our new world, then we fight to protect it. There's no point in lamenting what we once were. This world is full of possibilities, and now we have an enemy. So, instead of complaining, let's do what we do best." Wanda smiled confidently.

Stephen let out a sigh and shook his head. "It annoys me that she's the one making sense. Doesn't it bother you guys?"

"Quite a bit..." Loki muttered resignedly.

"Alright. Let's stop sulking. The first thing is to investigate who or what the hell that guy is. But first... I need Loki and Tony to help me make a new arm," Stephen said with determination.

"Weren't you supposed to be able to regenerate it in a week or two?" Loki asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Yes, but that means we have a lot of work and little time. Come on, this golden arm feels weird." Stephen raised his improvised arm, showing his fist covered by a black glove.

"You guys are incredibly bipolar," Tony groaned in exhaustion. "Alright, tell me what you need to do."

"----------------------

"Are you sure, Stephen? It's a big step... I'm really happy, you have no idea how happy I am. But I don't want to force myself into your life just like that," Fleur said worriedly as she sat across from Stephen, her hands entwined with his.

"Alright. We've been dating for over a year. I think it's time we live together. Nothing would make me happier... Especially because we have no idea what's lurking out there, and I can't be at peace if you're not near me," Stephen replied seriously, his gaze full of determination."Then, let's live together," Fleur agreed with a warm and tender hug that lit up her face. "Although... you'll have to convince my father," she quickly added with a playful smile."You know what? Maybe you're right. Maybe we don't need to live together. Being neighbors will be enough. When we get married, we can live together," Stephen said that so quickly he almost choked on his own words, starting to break into a cold sweat."You know that to marry me, you'll also need to ask for his permission, right?" Fleur smiled mockingly, enjoying Stephen's reaction.Stephen let out a calm laugh. "Alright, it was a joke. I already planned to talk to your parents and my grandparents this weekend." His smile was confident, but his eyes showed slight nervousness."Then I'll see you this weekend, dear," Fleur said as she stood up. Her school was already preparing to return to France."Remember to pack your bags," Stephen added with a smile.

"-------------------------------------

Stephen headed to Natasha's office, where all his siblings were already gathered.

"Did you ask her already?" Wanda asked with curiosity and a sparkle in her eyes.

"Yeah. You too?" Stephen replied with interest.

"Of course. We've been talking about it for months," Wanda said with a victorious smile.

"There's still something the Elder Confederation isn't telling us. It's better to have our friends and family close. Flamel Island is perfect for that... With all the protection and magic it has, we could even build a village there," Stephen commented, his expression turning serious as he analyzed the situation.

"Separating wizards and witches from regular humans the moment that maniac shows up? They obviously know something. But, of course, they won't have everything stored in a computer we can hack," Tony said sarcastically, crossing his arms.

"We don't know what we're facing. So far, we only know he can revive someone who retains their power, that his magic can break through Wanda and Stephen's barriers, and that dark creatures from the magical world, believed extinct, appeared where he was," Natasha said gravely, her eyes cold and calculating.

"And that his eyes are just like ours," Wanda quickly added, her voice tinged with worry.

"Great, a crazy sibling. As if the ones we already had weren't enough," Tony scoffed, looking at Loki, Wanda, and Stephen with sarcasm.

"Hey..." Wanda complained as Tony let out a mocking laugh.

Harry's agitated voice interrupted the conversation.

"Stephen!" Harry said as he quickly entered, his face filled with concern.

"What's wrong?" Stephen asked, turning to his younger brother.

"Do you have any idea what this is?" Harry showed him a strange stone covered in runes that seemed to slowly mend its cracks while he held it. His voice grew more urgent. "No matter where I leave it, it keeps appearing in my pocket. It showed up after Voldemort's death."

Natasha frowned as she looked at the stone. Something about it seemed familiar.

"This feels like an Infinity Stone... but also, not," Stephen commented as he examined it carefully.

"Hey, don't tell me those things exist here too," Tony complained with evident annoyance.

"No... it seems to be something else," Stephen gave a slight smile as he continued examining the stone. "I think it's the Resurrection Stone."

"Resurrection? Like bringing the dead back to life?" Harry quickly asked, his eyes glimmering with desperate hope.

Everyone's reaction was to look at him as if he had said the most absurd thing in the world.

"I mean... Can that stone bring people back? Like... my parents?" Harry insisted, barely managing to hide his desperation.

"Harry, even the Soul Stone can't do that. And even if this stone had that power, I don't think it works the way you imagine," Stephen replied gently but firmly.

"Then why does this stone keep appearing in my pocket no matter where I leave it?" Harry asked, his tone growing increasingly frantic.

Stephen stared at him intently, as if something had just clicked in his mind.

"Where's your cloak, Harry?" he asked quickly.

"My cloak? It should be in my trunk..." Harry fell silent as something strange happened. A cloak he hadn't seen before appeared over him as if it had always been there. It was unmistakable. "My cloak!" Harry exclaimed in surprise.

"Well... Things keep happening that we don't understand," Tony said tiredly, massaging his temples.
