“What? What did you say? I’m supposed to sit there?” She pointed at that spot, her eyes nearly popping out of their sockets.

Cheng Lu remained impassive, staring coldly at Su Nian.

“Assistant Cheng, there must be some mistake. That’s the janitors’ break room, how could it possibly be my workspace? I’m supposed to return to the secretarial office, not the janitorial staff.”

Su Nian emphasized.

Cheng Lu said indifferently, “There’s no mistake, the janitorial work for the president’s office also falls under the secretarial office. Your job responsibility is simple, to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of this floor. If you have any objections, you can choose to leave right now.”

Saying so, Cheng Lu extended his hand in a welcoming ‘please’ gesture.

Su Nian’s face flushed red with anger, chest heaving violently.
