After Luo Ziling returned to Yanjing, he went directly to Ling Ruonan’s villa.

The Spring Festival holiday wasn’t over yet, but Ling Ruonan was busy with various matters almost every day after her return to Yanjing.

However, once Luo Ziling came back, she put aside her work to cook him dinner.

The dinner was personally cooked by Ling Ruonan, and the mother and son ate together. To Luo Ziling’s surprise, Ouyang Feifei wasn’t there.

“She’s busy with something,” Ling Ruonan explained with a smile, “She’s going back to work in a couple of days and needed to prepare some things.”

“We have it better, our winter vacation lasts until after the Lantern Festival,” Luo Ziling chuckled.

“Is there a difference between you going to school and having a holiday?” Ling Ruonan gave Luo Ziling a sideways glance, “How many classes have you attended this semester?”

“Mom, can you not nitpick about these things?” Luo Ziling said with a wry smile, “Many classes, I can’t understand. Besides, I feel that some classes aren’t necessary, like Advanced Math, Marxism-Leninism, College Chinese – these subjects are practically useless in the process of studying medicine later on.”
