The bees that were after them split into two, one attacking Lin Xian'er while half attacked Ye Chen.

Lin Xian'er did not have any problem with this as they were out of the buff range. It's just continuous waves of bees kept coming no matter how much she killed.

Ye Chen was also dealing with this but since his speed was faster, he could dodge and target the golden bee. As for killing the normal ones? He did not even try to stop them when they attacked him because his soul was strong and had a defense layer.

"Why did you take it? I wanted to tear it apart!" The little girl complained with a dissatisfied look as she saw the golden bee being taken away.

"What do you think that bee is? Your breakfast?" Ye Chen rolled his eyes at her while instructing the pearl to make sure it does not go where it shouldn't be.

After which he continued walking in the same direction as the golden bee while rejecting Lin Xian'er's request to show her his spatial ring and give her the golden bee for the experiment.

Lin Xian'er sulked at his rejection and stopped talking to him. However, it did not take too long and her eyes widened with excitement.

"A temple! Bruter Ye Chen, it's a trial temple!" she exclaimed and just as she was about to run, Ye Chen lifted her like a cat.

What she saw was brown spiders! They were small, had black eyes, and could hide easily on the soil. But the most terrifying thing was not this but their numbers, which were in the hundreds of thousands!

"H-how could there be so many spiders?" The little girl shivered with fear as she imagined jumping onto them.
